Resolved Question: I got a weird letter is it a scam?

I just checked my email and there was a letter from some girl named "Sharon Winnipeg, Promotional Manager". It basically says that they randomly chose my email address and i'm going to win $650,000.00. When i first read it I thought "yeah right" But then I re-read the first part of The email and it said " Canadian lottery online lucky program lotto super 7 promotion for the support of 2010 fifa world cup south africa". It has the super 7 symbol and it has the email adress for the super 7 centre place near my house. Is it a scam?
